03The problem

Sound familiar?

  • Your website doesn't do anything for you.

  • You can't log into your own site.

  • It looks like it's from 2009.

Most contractor websites don't make the phone ring. I build ones that do, and I show you exactly what I did.

04What you get

Everything a contractor site needs

  1. A site designed for your business, not a template with your logo dropped in
  2. Built to load fast and work on a phone, because that's where your customers are
  3. Tap-to-call and a contact form that goes straight to your phone and email
  4. Your services, your service area, your photos, your words
  5. On-page SEO done right: page titles, descriptions, and your business details marked up so Google reads them correctly
  6. Your domain and hosting set up in your name. About $15 a year for the domain; hosting is free
  7. Live in about a week
  8. Small changes free for the first 30 days: text, photos, hours, phone number, anything that isn't right
  9. If something I built breaks, I fix it free. No time limit

06How it works

Four steps, about a week

  1. We talk first

A real phone call, not a form. I want to know what you do, who you're trying to reach, what you want people to see first, and what you'd rather leave off. If you need a logo, we talk about that too. Nothing is a template, so the more you tell me, the closer the first version lands.

  2. You send me your stuff

Photos, logo, anything you've already got. The list is short and I'll walk you through it.

  3. I build it

About a week from the go-ahead to a site you can look at. You see it before anyone else does, and we fix whatever isn't right.

  4. It's yours

The domain, the hosting, the site itself, all in your name, with your email on every account. No logins I keep, nothing you have to ask me for. You own it.

07What you own

All of it

The last guy kept the logins. Here's the list of what's in your name from day one.

  • Your domain

Registered in your name, on your card.

  • Your hosting account

    Your email, your login.

  • Your Google Business Profile

    You're the owner. I'm not.

  • Your analytics

    Your account, your data.

  • The site files themselves

    Yours, and they work anywhere.

  • Nothing monthly, nothing renews

Nothing of yours sits behind a login I control.

09The price

Websites start at $500.

What that gets you

  • Tap-to-call and a contact form that goes straight to your phone and email

What it doesn't include

  • Monthly SEO, Google Ads, or reporting. I build websites, that's it
  • Logo design, unless we talk about it up front
  • Photography. Bring what you have, or I work with what's there

After that

It's yours. Nothing monthly, nothing renews, no account I hold. If something I built breaks, I fix it free, no time limit. New pages or features down the road, text me and I'll quote it up front.

10Questions

What contractors ask me

How much does a website cost?

Websites start at $500. That's a one-time price for the whole build. Nothing monthly, nothing renews.

How long does it take?

About a week from when you give me the go-ahead, assuming I have your photos and info.

Do I own it?

Yes, completely. The domain, the hosting, the site files, all in your name with your email. I don't hold any logins. If you ever want to go somewhere else, you take everything with you and nothing breaks.

Who pays for hosting?

You do, and it's small: about $15 a year for the domain, and hosting itself is free for a site like yours. I set it all up in your name.

Can I change things later?

Yes. For the first 30 days, small changes are free: text, photos, hours, phone number, fixing anything that isn't right. New pages or new features after that, I'll quote up front before I touch anything. And if something I built breaks, I fix it free, no time limit.

Do you do SEO?

Not as a monthly service. I build the site so the SEO basics are right from day one: your pages are titled correctly, your business info is marked up so Google reads it, and your Google Business Profile is set up. Beyond that, I'm not the guy. I build websites.

I already have a website. Can you fix it instead?

Usually it's cheaper and faster to rebuild than to untangle someone else's work, but send me the link and I'll tell you honestly.

What do you need from me to start?

Photos, your logo, your services, and a half hour on the phone. That's most of it.
